Welcome! I'm Dr. Jwenish Kumawat, and I am passionate about helping people achieve their full potential through holistic well-being. My journey has taken me from the bustling streets of Mumbai to the serene landscapes of Ireland, and along the way, I've gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience in both traditional and modern healthcare practices.

I started my career as a dentist, practicing in India for three years. However, my curiosity and desire to make a broader impact led me to pursue a Master’s in Public Health in Ireland. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I took on a vital role in Ireland's pandemic response, where I trained and managed teams, contributing significantly to public health efforts. This experience deepened my understanding of the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and emotional health.

Beyond my clinical and public health work, I am deeply committed to mental wellness and mindfulness. With over 16 years of meditation practice, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of mindfulness. I am a certified meditation instructor with The Art of Living and have conducted numerous workshops and sessions aimed at reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity. My research on the SKY technique's effectiveness in alleviating depression and anxiety further underscores my dedication to mental health.

In addition to meditation, I practice and offer Nadi Pariksha, an ancient Ayurvedic diagnostic technique. This holistic approach allows me to understand and address the unique imbalances in each individual's body, guiding them towards optimal health and well-being.

When I'm not working, you can find me practicing yoga, playing musical instruments, or experimenting with vegetarian cooking. These activities keep me grounded and balanced, allowing me to bring my best self to my work.
